The only Senate primary with multiple candidates winning counties:

Ross 95; Rey 5

I'll do more stuff later.

Was that NC result unexpected?  I've never heard of her!  I'm thinking that this race is pretty much Safe R at this point, as I can't see Hillary winning NC by 5+ points (Burr probably runs a little better than a weak GOP nominee and on par with a strong one).

Burr is up by 7 in the most recent poll. It would probably take a Trump disaster for him to lose, which I think we all know is a possibility.

David Trone and Anthony Brown are definitely the two best guys in the Maryland Democratic Party to send to the House of Representatives and groom for future higher office.

Brown won, but Trone lost!!!

Raskin will be an amazing Congressman!

There was a GOP primary debate in NC-02 last night.

Renee Ellmers defended Obama's immigration executive order, attacked the Club for Growth, ACU, and Heritage Foundation, and defended her support of the 2013 Senate immigration bill. I admire her sticking to her guns, but she's done.

Greg Brannon, on another note, called for disbanding the US Military because he believes that state militias should fight ISIS.

Good to see that Harris is winning in Orange County with 35% in.

Rest of CA:

29 Slot 2: Alarcon (D)
30 Slot 2: Reed (R)
32 Slot 2: Fisher (R)
37 Slot 2: Wiggins (D)

Next primaries, 6/14: ME, ND, NV, SC, VA. Also DC but there's no mayoral race this year so it's not worth caring about.

Former DC Mayor Vincent Gray is trying to get his seat back on the DC Council. That's worth checking out.

Yeah, sad day so far - Wayne Stenehjem is a supporter of gay marriage and, I guess, the relative moderate in the race.
Burgum also supports gay marriage

What an odd primary for a deep red state.
The supper mid-west has a libertarian streak

Not really, more populist.

Polls now closed in Nevada, Go Sharron Go!

Agreed!

Also rooting for Flores in NV-04 (D) (Sanders backer) and Fiore NV-03 (R) (Crazier than Angle).

Amazing results in the NY-10 primary. Nadler has been facing a primary challenge over his support for the Iran deal, and his opponent was even endorsed by the NY Post.

Nadler is crushing his opponent 89-11, but is losing the Brooklyn portion of his district 94-6.

Where is NYJew when you need him?

^ MO-2 R, MO-3 R, MO-4 D, MO-5 D, MO-7 D are also contested

Results Links for tomorrow:

Kansas: http://www.politico.com/2016-election/results/kansas

Missouri: http://www.politico.com/2016-election/results/missouri

Michigan: http://www.politico.com/2016-election/results/michigan

Washington: http://www.politico.com/2016-election/results/washington

--- Note: Due to WA's mail in system, if any races are close, we may not know the winners until as late as August 16th. See http://results.vote.wa.gov/results/current/default.htm for post-election-night results. The 'Voter Turnout' Tab will show when the next update is for each county.

Thanks for adding the links and other contested races . I only saw the one candidate listed in Wikipedia for those races. Which races do you see as most interesting?

The best way to know if a race is contested is to look at the raw AP data. I prefer to use politico/NYT over that for getting actual results as it is faster, but for knowing which races are contested days or weeks ahead of time, it's the best available. For instance, the AP page for Tennessee this Thursday is here: http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/files/elections/2016/by_state/TN_Page_0804.html?SITE=AP&SECTION=POLITICS

I expect KS-1 (Huelskamp vs. Marshall) to be competitive. WA-7 is the next test for Bernie's revolution (He has endorsed Jayapal). It will be mildly interesting to see who gets the 2nd slot against Patty Murray, although she's definitely NOT going to lose in November, even in a Trumpslide. And Missouri R Governor is of course competitive.

I'm sure there's other points of interest, but I don't know where they are.

I wish they would show write-in votes, because then I would see myself with 1 write in vote.  In my state house district (part of the city of Nashville), the Democratic incumbent is running unopposed, so I wrote in myself.

Good Luck! Cheesy
