This is definitely not an endorsement, IMO.  Romney is probably only campaigning in Ohio with Kasich.

If Romney had the balls to do this earlier than he might have helped him in Texas. Though I'm sure that he probably hates Cruz too and is just saying it because he dislikes Trump more.
