Well, at least the regional candidate talk can finally be put to rest.

Oy that Michigan outcome is going to be annoying to remember. At least it was an outlier.

I've been a registered Democrat my entire life. I guess I'll have to change that.
Really now? The Democratic party has been run by people like Clinton since the 80's. If anything the party's moving in your direction.

Yep, congratulations Smiley Time to work for the general. A loss is a loss, and grace in defeat is much more important for unity than blind resilience.

I wonder if the Michigan result scared complacent Hillary voters into turning out in today's five states. In other words, it might have been the kick in the ass that allowed Hillary to sweep the night. And if that's the case, it's totally worth it.

Well, at least the regional candidate talk can finally be put to rest.

You realize the "she's a woman" vote put her on top in at least five of those six top states

lel

What an extremely dismissive way to treat voters who are concerned about the very real structural disadvantages women face in the public sphere. Maybe being a woman actually is a merit, hmm?

Can anyone explain how the margin is the same in North Carolina and Ohio? I am so confused.

Congrats to the Clinton folks. Let's take down the fascist!

Yeah, it's...strange. If you told me OH was a double digit win, I would've expected NC to be a 25+ point blowout. And if you told me NC was only 14 points, I would've thought Bernie swept the other 3 states.

As Sanders likes to say "they were too smart to fall for that!".

Nate Cohn posted this map of the South (Clinton vs. Sanders):

He notes that OK, NC, and FL all have party registration, and so the "Dixiecrats" (or whatever you want to call them) are unable to crossover and vote in the Republican primary.

I think the map in VA could have looked like NC if Sanders spent the same amount of time and money there as he did in the Tar Heel State. Same with Eastern Tennessee.
