Idea: Formal Debate on FDR's Greatness

I want to arrange some sort of a formal debate on this board for any two individuals arguing the question: "Was FDR the Greatest President of the 20th Century?" Naturally, there would be one arguing for it and one arguing against it. It doesn't have to be a Democrat and a Republican, but I want to stick with a 2-person debate.

If any two people who can argue this INTELLIGENTLY are interested, we can get this going. I'll "moderate" even though it'll mostly be the debaters doing all the talking.

What would the format of this debate be (i.e., how would it start, how would we exchange ideas, etc.)?

opening statements, rebuttal. Then I'd probably ask a few general questions to each debater, and their opponent would get a rebuttal each time, that sort of thing.

I will argue on FDRs behalf.  I don't think he's great, but he is very close, and I'm willing to argue his merits since no one else has jumped on board.

Just a quick note-tomorrow Aussie time there will be a mini-debate between harry and reaganfan on Atlasian AND real life issues on Insiders, my 'show' in fantasy politics. For non-Atlasians, feel free and come and have a look. With the election so close, it's good to have a bit of a debate between two of the most well known forum members representing each side.
