Guess the Trump Youth will have to start advocating a blockade of East Asia soon.

I'm really surprised that Trump hasn't gone after Indians or Asians in general.

I mean directly, not through policy.

They aren't feared and hated in the heartland the way that Muslims and Mexicans are, and the risk of backlash is much stronger.

I don't get the Muslim hate since they are like 1% of the US Population and mostly in Michigan, New Jersey, and maybe  New York City.

You forgot Virginia and Illinois. Virginia is a critical battleground state where every vote counts. There are more states with decent Muslim populations as well.

Muslims already had high turnout before and Trump will probably maximize their potential for Democrats in terms of both turnout and support.

VA? I guess they are a lot of Muslims in NOVA maybe? Illinois? They live in Chicago and its suburbs I guess?

And even there he backed off on it during the Michigan debate (or one of the other debates?) and said we need talented people in Silicon Valley etc.
