This nonsense that Trump will win PA is silly.

You do realize Clinton also won eastern OH, right? And that the votes Trump got were generally from Republicans. Right?

Problem for Trump in PA, WV, KY is that conservative Democrats will be forced to vote in their own primary. Good for Sanders though, might let him win in WV/KY if it's still contested by then.

Oh, and that in every Ohio county that borders PA, Clinton actually got a higher percentage of the vote than did Trump (by almost 10% in the case of Mahoning and Ashtabula Counties). Right?

Ahh, that would make much more sense. My bad. After seeing so many maps with PA blue, mostly from Trump supporters, I jumped to conclusions. Tongue

The Ohio results tell me that Trump is going to dominate in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

This would hold more weight if Cruz had done better over there.  I think Kasich voters are a lot more likely to defect than Cruz voters.

Cruz is going to have very little appeal in the Northeast.

Cruz should do well in south central PA, but other than that yeah he will do poorly.

Yeah I could see him doing well in the Amish areas.

Does that also implicate a Kasich landslide in Indiana?

I don't think that tells us anything about Philly.

Do the county results typically illustrate a smooth transition over state borders?

If Kasich manages to dominate the urban areas like he did in Ohio then how would TRUMP win in a landslide?

Kasichs win in Ohio is just that a win in a state he is a sitting gov with 60% approval ratings.  The fact that Donald Trump actually made him defend the state is telling.   Theres a possibility that Kasich can make Con and RI interesting but that's about it.   I see Trump posting similar numbers in PA as he did in IL about 44%.

Is Kasich even on the ballot there?
