Since I put little stock in international law, morally right.

Legally Right (D)

"Morals" were a tricky word on last year's exit poll. The word has different meanings on either side of the partisan divide. I do believe the war was morally wrong, but I know that others (conservatives) also see it as....

Oh Shiite! I think I voted wrong. I should have chosen "Neither/Opposed to War (D)". Damn tricky polls!

Neither, of course.

Not morally because all of the reasons given have been busted.
Not legally because we never declared war.

Morally right.  Laws are enacted either for moral reasons, to enable something to function better, or a combination of the two.  If a law fails on both accounts, it really shouldn't be there.

I'm not saying that the Iraq War was (or wasn't) morally right, only that I personally feel that it's better to strive for moral correctness than legal correctness.  You can be fully correct in a legal sense on something and still be a jackass, as is the case with those who exploit loopholes to go completely against what a law is intended to do.

The war is illegal because of serious consequences was never defined.

They needed a second resolution. so now the right wing need the oil for food scandal to fuel reasons that Bush wanted to play war games for Daddy.
