I like beef and pork more than chicken.  Right now we're on a lamb fetish. Last night we had lamb stew and the night before it was stir-fried lamb with garlic, green onion, and mushrooms.  This weekend we'll do lamb kabob on the grill.

I guess I'll go with pork for the poll.

None (vegetarian), but I used to like chicken the most, and then beef. Didn't eat pork (good Jew).

Beef tonight, fried with carrots, onion, chiles, mushroom, cilantro, freshly-cut garlic, and sprinkled liberally with cumin, chile powder, and cayenne pepper.  Broccoli with garlic and green onion on the side, with rice.  This will be accompanied by a peppery, full-bodied Portuguese Dão.

It's my turn to cook tonight.  The boy had a pediatrician's appointment at 4:30 and my wife took him and they're doing some mall shopping afterward, so I left the office about 4 today to cook dinner.  I pulled a couple of sirloin steaks from the freezer this morning and left them in the sink, thinking that I might fire up the grill, but I stopped at ALDI on the way home to get a few things and I noticed that cilantro was on sale, so I decided to chop the beef and stir-fry it with cilantro and garlic.  They should be home any minute now, but if they're not I'm going to start without them.

I saved about half the cilantro for a grilled lamb with spicy cilantro salsa later in the week.
