Feingold (D-WI)
Graham (R-SC)
Gregg (R-NH)
Hutchison (R-TX)
Kohl (D-WI)
Kyl (R-AZ)
McCain (R-AZ)
Sununu (R-NH)

The two Democrats to vote against it were from Wisconsin.

Every other senator was there too, and they all voted yes.

I'm guessing AZ, NH, SC, TX, and WI didn't get as much pork as other states did, given that 10 of the 11 Senators that voted against it cae from those 5 States.

NH doesn't get ANY highway money becuase they don't have compulsory seat belt laws.
