Impossible. The media told me she was untrustworthy and a liar! When does the media ever lie?

She might want to quote that in an ad, because nobody will believe it otherwise.

There's a difference between being accurate on the facts and being trustworthy. Sanders and Cruz are more consistent, whereas Clinton and Trump are more "flexible". Politicians often "change their minds".
When they do, it is impossible to prove that they are doing it for political reasons or have sincerely changed their minds from having a real change of heart or mind. I certainly would trust Clinton more than a pathological liar like Trump, of course. Clinton with all her changes is still much better than Cruz. While Cruz may be a little more consistent than Clinton, he is, for the most part consistently wrong.

Just calculated this using Politifact:

Most honest (among True, Mostly True, and Half True):

Hillary Clinton - 72%
Bernie Sanders - 70%
John Kasich - 67%
Ted Cruz - 35%
Donald Trump - 24%

Most honest (among only True and Mostly True):

Hillary Clinton - 51%
Bernie Sanders - 51%
John Kasich - 51%
Ted Cruz - 22%
Donald Trump - 9%

Most honest (among only True):

John Kasich - 25%
Hillary Clinton - 24%
Bernie Sanders - 15%
Ted Cruz - 6%
Donald Trump - 3%

I don't doubt that, but I would think her distrust and perceived dishonesty comes more from her constant flip flops and reversals that she has had to make, as well as skepticism on the left about wall street, on the right about corruption and petty scandals. If its just facts she says on a day to day basis that get evaluated, she has that Obama-like inclination to think about every word she says and play it safe.

Along with propping up Trump, the push by the media to label Clinton as dishonest and untrustworthy is truly one of the most egregious things to happen this election cycle. The woman's favorable a was 60% until the media began to use their pundits to push the idea that Clinton was dishonest.

I wouldn't call Clinton very liberal. But yes, the Democrats (and Kasich) do seem to have much better records on Politifact than Cruz and Trump. And thus begins the countdown until somebody accuses Politifact of being 'lamestream media' with a 'LIE-beral bias'.

Politifact needs to be fact checked. There's no way this one is false.

Nah, it's not just right wing. The ENTIRE media, left/right/center, have propagated the "Hillary is a liar/criminal/dishonest" myth in order to manufacture a horse race, up their ratings, and fulfill their vendetta.

Yup - mud sticks, whether real or not. It really seems that people just fundamentally don't trust ambitious women.

Yes, but that was where it started. When they were trying to de-legitimise her during the 1992 campaign and into the first Clinton term. It's sad the far-left has bought into it because they need to.

She was the most popular politician in the country until the media decided to tear her down with faux scandals and relentlessly negative coverage.

I'm sure "the scores we gave for the quotes were bothered to fact check" is some kind of objectively precise measure.

I'm sure your and the pundits' "gut feelings" are much more objective and precise.

The fact checkers, in an attempt to not be "biased", bias the poll toward the Republicans to make it look like they're equally honest. And even then, they can't even it up. Also, they're biased toward Hillary and against Bernie.
