Considering who the Dems are in this county(middle class hispanics, older family-oriented Asians, middle and upper middle class white voters who were open to voting GOP) I'd say it's a bastion of D-partisans who are conservative-moderate on ballot issues and back familiar names in primaries. Maybe not unlike San Diego county?
