It's not even sure that Trump will win the nomination.

Yeah but it's not like Cruz is more electable.
Not to mention the unpredictability of TRUMP's reaction after the nomination is taken from him.

If history or this election cycle has taught us anything, it's to not predict anything because a vast majority of predictions have all been wrong no matter how assured they seemed at a point in time. While yes, I feel Clinton is strongly favored over Trump, we cannot predict who will be the nominee or what scandals or national events can arise with any certainty at all right now. If it's Clinton vs. anyone else, even Cruz, predictions are useless until mid-October. We will have an accurate foresight then.

You're right, and if he gets the nomination "stolen" from him at a brokered convention there's going to be chaos. Either way, things look great for Clinton.

As long as Dick Morris hasn't said she'll lose, she's not really inevitable.

This.  I still think Cruz is a more certain loser than Trump, because the latter could try just about anything after clinching the nomination and get away with it media-wise.  Sure, Cruz might lose with 47% and hold the senate vs. a blowout with Trump, but it's just about impossible to see him cracking the 2X Obama wall, while Trump conceivably could flip large swaths of the Midwest if he runs to the center fast enough.

Those that think Cruz is more electable are more basketcase then he is.    We just elected Barrack Obama for 2 terms and passed gay marriage across the country and we are going to.......ELECT TED CRUZ ?   Hillary has about a 80% chance as it stands to win in Nov.   The GOP is running out of time to rally around trump if they want any shot of winning.

I don't like this match-up, but I am curious what would be the percentages of women and men votes of a Clinton v. Trump election.  I'm guessing it would be about 85/15 women for Clinton and 70/30 men for Trump.

If Hillary is completely inevitable then Bernie can safely run as a 3rd party.

Oh that is true. You could be his propaganda minister press secretary!

That's what I was thinking!

We get it now, jfern, that you're going to vote for Jill Stein out of protest, even though she said that Sanders was too conservative to be a socialist. Lol
