According to polls, he lost 6 points in the national popular vote during Sandy (Gallup, which was too favorable to him on the whole, took him from +7 to +1).

Romney would have won New Jersey if it weren't for the hurricane.

It would have been a lot closer, Obama may have lost Florida and I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't quite hit 50% nationwide.

No, the Hurricane topped off what started the Romney-slide after the 3rd debate.
Without the Hurricane, maybe and (it's a big maybe) Florida goes for Romney

No, most people made their decision in the months before the election.

Maybe it cost him Florida, two or three points in OH, two or three points in NH, and two to five points in PA.

Maybe he wins Florida, since that was so close a little thing like that could have changed it, but Obama was already clearly going to win at that point and statistical models made months in advance had him winning by about the margin he did based on his approval ratings and the direction of the economy.

I doubt it. Romney needed roughly 60 more EV's to win. Florida was the closest state, but Obama still won it by approx. 50,000 votes. The next closest states were Virginia and Ohio, but those went for Obama by 200,000 and 150,000 votes respectably. It was a pretty path for Romney to climb.
