Curious as to if there are some hidden Bronies/Pegasisters on the Atlas.

Note: I myself am not a Brony

Please be lying.

No of course, but it is quite disturbingly funny listening to Wolfie on Howard Stern go interview people at Brony conventions and other similar weirdo-fests.

Not sure how it was inevitable (especially since it's been done at least a half dozen times now).

No.  I like cartoons, and occasionally even ones not aimed at an adult audience, but this one doesn't work for me.  Mostly because the fans are HORRIBLY annoying.  It's like boy bands, I can take or leave the music or your silly cartoon you think makes you edgy, just stop screaming about how great it is.

Watched the Season 1 opener on Netflix. Was not impressed. Have not watched another episode since.

I'm just surprised a show that was aimed for little girls, has the exact opposite demographic as its core fanbase.

It seems to have become more common since then.

The My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fanbase is still a million times better than MOST furries (I say most for obvious reasons)

No, I know what you're talking about, but the brony community has kind of gone quite recently.

No (watched a few episodes; they were OK but I couldn't really get into it), but I don't think they're as evil or creepy as they're made out to be. There are a few bad ones, but almost all the ones I've encountered are nice.

No, it's not my kind of cartoon.

Got nothing against the fans, as long as they aren't too obnoxious about it.

To be fair, being an adult male obsessed about a kids TV show is not a very healthy sign.

Eh, some people just have that kind of personality where they get obsessed with things, and a TV show is far from the worst possible thing to be obsessed with. Not sure why age and gender matter, since a show can be well written regardless of the intended demographic.

Was

However, like every show I've ever enjoyed that didn't have a planned ending at 4 seasons [Star Wars: The Clone Wars and The Simpsons notwithstanding], it eventually started to run out of steam and thus has fallen from the prime.

I don't understand how MLP ever became a thing among some subsets of boys/adult men. It's a show about ponies for little girls, no?

It doesn't make any sense to me. None.

I'm still struggling to understand that as well.

No. Why don't people get normal hobbies like obsessively reading about by-elections in foreign countries?

Says someone who tried to educate Atlas on feminist theory.

Of course not, I find it silly like Virginia and Kalwejt. (Although connecting it to being a "disgusting pervert" is a bit of a stretch. Some of them are probably like that, but most are just dudes who...like a kids TV show. Innocently. It's weird...I mean, very weird, but lots of stuff is.)

The important thing to note: "pegasister" is a term? Never heard that before, and frankly, I am very glad to be out-of-the-loop with that.

It's because there's nothing that young, meek men love more than irony.
