Certainly not.

If he wins MI and PA, I don't see how he'll fail to win WI and MN, at the least....Hillary has a better chance at winning Utah than Trump does at winning either MI or PA.

I think more people need to consider ND and MT flipping to Clinton in here 'best case scenario'. They were not too far away from going to Obama in 2008 and both states dont really have much of a major pull from Trump like a WV might have.

MN and WI don't like Trump. PA and especially MI love Trump. That's the difference.
