Or as it's official title is "Da Jesus Book"

From the excerpts given, I doubt the translator speaks the language fluently. It's fairly clear it was written by someone who thinks creole languages such as Hawaiian pidgin can only handle a limited vocabulary. The idea was sound, but this particular effort oozes condescension.

Voted FB, but I guess I'd need to speak the language to know if it was really an accurate translation. If it wasn't, than HB.

Well it appears it was translated from the English version, not the original. Translations of translations are usually considered a big no no and usually not valid Bible translations.

When it comes to creole translations of the Bible, I'm partial to Gullah:

The Bible should be translated into as many languages as possible. Plus, how can you not love "Da Jesus Book"?
