I feel like Finland would be a better fit for me.

I’m generally a cold weather guy but, in any normal situation, obviously Italy. As it stands, Finland of course.

I am 25% percent Finnish. There are probably not a lot of Finnish Canadian/Americans here. We are a rare breed.

Most Finns live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan or Northern Ontario.

Right now?
Finland by a long shot.
In general?
Tough choice, but I think I would take Finland again.

Usually Italy, due to its amazing artistic heritage and wonderful cultural sites. I voted Finland, however, because in this present moment I'd definitely rather be living there.

Didn't vote, but this is what I'm thinking too

Would love to live in Finland for a year.

They have the maddest rally tracks on the planet.

Italy. That's what I would answer in any other time, and I'd like to think I'm not enough of a feckless coward to abandon it when the going gets touch. I'd want to be with my family and compatriots trying to survive the nightmare together.

(Also if you don't think what's happening in Italy will come to the US soon enough, you're deluding yourself.)

I've been to Italy around 10 times already, but never in Finland so far.

Therefore, I'd like to visit Finland at some point (but not live there for much longer).

At best during a cold winter, I heard they have nice iglus up there in the woods.

I would do some cross-country skiing or have some fun with huskies.

Italy versus, to paraphrase Jacques Chirac, "the country with the worst food in the world".

Think I'd take Italian chaos and sunshine over Finnish depression and cold.
