Just wondering what will the Van Hollen Vs. Edwards Senate map look like?

I think Edwards should knock it out of the park in PG county and Baltimore City and Charles too. Likewise same in many parts of the Eastern shore where there is alot of blacks.

I imgaine Van Hollen should do well in Montgomery County esp. the parts of it within his district. I would believe he will also carry Frederick and Howard Counties too.

Where will this race be decided?

The race is decided in the area between Baltimore's urban area and the suburbs surrounding it, alongside D. C.'s exurbs.

I'd expect Van Hollen to win the far western counties were I reside as well (Washington and Allegany and Garret), although they are GOP strongholds, I imagine the race is decided in the Baltimore suburbs and the DC exurbs as the previous poster said

the rural west, Montgomery and Howard counties are probably Van Hollen territory. Baltimore area and Prince George's go to Edwards. The rest is anybody's game.

I suspect this map will be interesting to contrast to the Democratic Presidential Primary map---the Edwards/Sanders areas will be a good measure of the strength of the activist left in Maryland.
