Not sure, actually.  Considering the whole "Return to Normalcy" thing, I'd say it's slightly more likely he was against intervention than for it (though obviously any Republican challenger of Wilson was going to present himself in the same way, so who knows?).

I don't like the racism, bigotry, and sexism, but otherwise Wilson was a FF and nice guy. Meanwhile, Harding was slightly nativist towards Irish-Americans, an elitist, and worst of all a Republican. Since he's a Republican, obviously HP.
