Didn't he already sweep the first wave of awarded delegates here?

He has for the most part, except for the ski resort areas around Vail, Breckenridge and Aspen.

I was reading that he is the only Republican candidate to attend the state to campaign.

I think that will make the difference.

Not showing up is a bad look for Trump.

He already clinched a majority. 21/21 (effectively), and I could guarantee at least 11/13 state plus the 3 RNC members - minimum 35 of 37 for Cruz in CO. Best Trump can do is infiltrate the Cruz slate on officially unpledged delegates for 1 or 2.

Crushing victory for Cruz here. That, plus ND and WY will add another couple states to his tally. Trump may laugh off 37 delegates, but that's half of NY right there.

It looks like he might lock Trump out completely. Trump probably needs to sweep all of the NE states by large margins to be back on track.

Can you imagine how many protesters there would be at a Trump rally in Denver? That city brings the far left people out of the woodwork.
