I think either this has little to do with 2008 and more to do with 2006 or the Senator is a little bit lost.

Sen. Hilliary Clinton raises $500,000 for her reelection to Senate...

I would have thought more than that. Angelides raised over $12.5M and Westly wrote himself a $10M check. They're the two Democratic candidates for CA governor.

Might have been a one-day event for her.  She has way more than that already stored away for her possible campaign and legal bills.

Yes it was in one event she raised that.

"Radio Hosts, Citizens Flood Washington on Immigration"

I'm not sure about trips to various states, but Allen has been busy on the radio and tv lately.  Too bad Virginia lost it's backbone on illegal immigrants this week:

"Va. Police Back Off Immigration Enforcement"

Bill Richardson is somebody I would not mind see run for President.  As far as I know, he's been a very good Governor for New Mexico.  However, even if he carried New Mexico, thats only 5 EV's.

What I want to know is what these potential candidates actually do in Iowa and New Hampshire this far ahead of the actual primary season.

In Iowa, I bet they spend most of their time eating corn with their grilled hamburgers, especially in the summer.

In New Hampshire, I bet they spend most of their time sending their opponents' politicial career up Mount Washington in the heart of January.  Some send their own political careers up the same mountain (see Joe Lieberman and Wesley Clark).
