You can support a $15 wage in some places but also support a lower wage as a national benchmark.

This debate like the last one is really bad: it's just Sander's trying to dump on Clinton every chance he gets while trying to keep in his Wall Street corner with Clinton falls repeatedly on defensive with the "I have" "I have" lines and Obama shield. I'm tuning out.

So, what is Clinton's actual position on the minimum wage that she's trying to say? She supports a $12 min wage because a $15 min wage is too much, but she's also for the $15 minimum wage?

Just like everything else, she supports whatever is convenient for the time.

Not true. Higher wages for places with generally higher costs of living. It's simple. $15 is too high for rural Nebraska but completely appropriate for downtown Manhattan.

She supports a $12 min wage nationwide, but encourages any city or area (especially those with higher costs of living) to increase further to $15 or beyond.

Wolf is a bad partisan moderator - He is asking "gotcha" questions, loaded questions & 2-3 questions at the same time.

This is ugly & the crowd is weird in not so nice way. Hillary has gone really negative & is flat out lying & throwing mud. I don't think Sanders is prepared to go to ditch & debate with her!

Whichever is most political expedient.

Clinton supporters justifying the Min Wage are flat out liers here.

The question is about a national minimum wage.

Sanders thinks over the next many years the minimum wage should be raised to 15$.
Clinton thinks it should be 12$.

Any1 is welcome to go higher, the question is about the lowest number - 15 for Sanders & 12 for Clinton - End of story!

Except she was also asked if a Democratic Congress passed a national $15 minimum wage, would she sign it, and she said yes.

Well sure, if a Democratic congress wants to go ahead and push it that far, then fine.  But $12 is a good, safer start for the most of the country.

If the person agrees with that latter part, it means that person is for the $12 minimum wage and not a $15 minimum wage. Saying otherwise is trying to have it both ways.

Clinton was awful on the transcripts and minimum wage. Sanders was awful on guns.

You can definitely tell it's a New York crowd, ha.

I don't think it'll change much of anything though.

Realistically, there's very little chance that anything happening here will significantly alter the race.
