I'm hoping for Warren, Franken, Klobuchar, Perez, or Becerra, in no particular order.

No idea why Franken isn't talked about more. Would be a strong, exciting pick.

He isn't talked about more because there's no indication that Clinton is considering him.

Hickenlooper would be a poor choice. I'm still sort of hoping for Warren, while predicting it will likely be Kaine.

Hickenlooper was on my list at the beginning, I don't think he'd be a bad choice by any means. But I think now, he's not the right option. Castro CANNOT HAPPEN.
Oh, Lord.  Could you imagine a Castro-Pence debate?!

Agreed. He's got NBC/entertainment creds to
match Trump, but has worked hard to be taken seriously. He should sell well to progressives...Air America, attacks on Oreilly.

Castro is so goofy looking. He's about as limp wristed a nancy boy as I've ever seen.

Please let it be him. SNL would bring back Chris Kattan to play him in skits

I think he's made it pretty clear that he would accept if asked.

Provide one legitimate non-identity politics reason why Booker is less qualified than Castro.

Nothing, as far as I know. Huh

So do we have a specific date/time when Clinton is expected to make the announcement?

I just don't think that Hickenlooper adds a lot to the ticket. Maybe I'm just not a big fan of him.

Anyway, I agree with folks, Castro would be a huge mistake.

I'm probably the only person who would like Stavridis or Franken to be her VP pick.

I'm on the Franken bandwagon. No person better suited to handle the peculiarities of this election cycle.

Disappointed that Clinton doesn't even seem to be considering him.

Probably, but I don't think he'll be the one. Out of the three who are currently in the title, I think Warren is the most likely.

See, the thing is with Hickenlooper is that he wouldn't be vetted just for the sake of flattery. HRC would only be considering him if he was on her shortlist. Definitely a dark horse to watch out for.
