Rooting for Kaine. Not that I want him but Sanders should be on the list.

He really should, her challenge is to choose an ultra left winger from a swing state who can attract Sanders supporters. The only somewhat logical selection is Sherrod Brown.

It will be Perez, Castro or Booker. She has to pick a minority because she will win the primary on the strength of minority voters.

Rooting for Deval Patrick. He's unquestionably qualified, would make an excellent attack dog, and it completely rewards African Americans, who are probably the main reason Hillary was able to put the nomination away.

Will never be him...

1. He doesn't want it
2. Clinton won't pick him because this actually would cause more Berners to say #BernieorBust (he's at Bain Capital!)

Booker could also have a similar problem when it comes to the Berners. He defended Bain Capital in 2012 after all...

I would agree.

Furthermore I also think Castro is unlikely because it would start a debate about his experience at a time that the Clinton campaign propably wouldn't need it.

If she's willing to go across party lines, maybe consider Sandoval.

If he becomes vice president, Kasich would fill Brown’s Senate seat.

Yes.  If you cross off people who either would give a Senate seat to the GOP, have something in their voting record that would anger the Sanders crowd, or are too green (like Castro or Perez), then the only option left is Al Franken:  Tongue

Why would Tim Kaine be objectionable to the Sanders crowd?

Castro and Kaine and Perez.  Kaine has voted for Fast Track. And Castro fill generational issues that Perez doesn't. Go Castro.

Castro is the ultimate empty suit and Booker is actually in bed with Wall Street.

HUGE f'ing mistake to pick either of them.

Moderate. Not near progressive enough. I think he's probably to the right of Clinton.

Yeah, if she's going Latino Perez would be the better pick. At least he speaks Latin.

Rubio had one bad debate and it cost him. Castro has been on MTP all the time and has stood up to GOP. I dont think anyone can match that poor debate performance except for low energy Jeb or Walker.

I would like Warren. I realize it is unlikely to happen, but I would like a serious power women ticket and I think she could bring the Sandernistas (or at least 90% of them) into the fold.

Wouldn't mind Booker either. Not big on Castro.

I hope she doesn't go with a boring middle aged white guy.

Florida Senator Bill Nelson is on the list. I would like to see Kaine or Nelson on the ticket. Who cares about the Sanders supporters? They want to take the country over the cliff. An extreme leftist ticket does not do well for Democrats. Kaine is a safe choice. He will not do harm. Do no harm. Kaine will not distract from the ticket.

He voted for TPA/supports TPP.

I guess he's not left enough on trade.  He supported fast track trade promotion authority.
