I'm guessing the announcement text will come somewhere between 12-1.
Everyone that I follow that has even a little to do with Hillary is spamming the Text thing.   It is coming soon.
I got a message every 5-8 hours or so. I don't think that's spammy and I set it to give me all and any updates about the RNC.
No I mean on Twitter.  Everyone on there is saying sign up for the text thing.

I bet the text won't say a name, and but will have a link to a video where she announces the name.

I'm hoping she gives clues for how to find the running mate in Pokemon Go.

"Wild Kaine Appeared!"
"Go Hillary!"
"Hillary used RUNNING MATE"
"It's super effective!"
"Kaine joined your party!"

Or she walks into his office and tosses a pokeball at him!

She isn't appearing with the nominee until tomorrow.  Doesn't rule him out.

They are soooo avoiding leaking any clues.

Would Hillary's campaign really signal possible Booker, Perez in last week and then suddenly say "lol jk it's...Kaine"?

I find that such an amateurish thing to do...possibly irritating a very loosely committed coalition of supporters finally finding their way to Hillary's team (i.e. millennials, Sanders voters, etc)

It's strategy. I really don't care about their delicate feelings right now.

Harsh, but it's 1:25am and I'm tired.

And the strategy is supposed to what? Make people feel even worse about Kaine? I don't care about feelings either and I've probably logged in hundreds of hours volunteering for Hillary. I'm always going to enthusiastically support the ticket but I truly don't feel that Kaine was the best choice and the "strategy" doesn't make a lot of sense.

I think it has been a strategy to create more comfort with Kaine, rather than to deliberately get people's hopes up.

In the end, this is Hillary's call - I'd much rather she pick the person she's comfortable with over the person who does x or y or appeals to s or g.

If anyone doesn't already know, Elizabeth Warren is scheduled to speak at the National Council of La Raza in Orlando tomorrow.

I'm still holding out for a Warren nod.

Warren as VP would give Republicans a nice senate seat.

He's not wrong. The Massachusetts Democrats will go ahead and nominate Coakley again, I bet.

And? MA Republicans like Scott Brown and Charlie Baker only come around once in a while, and I think it's more likely the MA Dems nominate a younger candidate like Moulton or Kennedy.

Say what you will, but the only VP candidate in the right place(Florida) at the moment is Warren.

I hope. I just can't believe Coakley dropped the ball not once, but twice in four years.

Which is why I still have hope that it's going to be her.

Coakley is done. She won't be the nominee again. The 2014 gubernatorial race was the first time I voted against a democrat in my life.

It would probably be Moulton, my congressman.
