Sorry, you're right, a friend forwarded me a video clip, which I think might be from late last year, so the quote may be stale. But Mr. Obama seems to be pressing things a bit more of late, which I think is a good thing; I just wonder why it's taken him so long...

USA can't act unilaterally in that part of the world, that would be risky and with risks of worsening the problem.

Any error by the USA in that part of the world is a very potent recruitment talking point for ISIS.
