Ugh, I now have a mental image of Ted Cruz masturbating.  Gross.  Where is Aaron Schock when you need him?  At least he was good for something.

I am no Cruzbot by any means, however, give me a break.

As Solicitor General of Texas, it was his job to fend off challenges of existing Texas laws in court. It's ridiculous to use this as something other than a man doing his job.

He did the dillegence in defending it and lost, and then appealed the decision!
Texas won in district court.
The plaintiffs appealed and won on a 2-1 appeals court decision.
Since it was a 2:2 split among judges who considered the issue, it is reasonable to ask for consideration by the full court.
