I'm assuming the Palestinian comments won't sit well with the Zionist Jewish community up in NY but will sit pretty well with the Activist Jewish community who is fighting for Palestinian rights.

What percentage of the Jewish vote will Bernie get in NY?

I think he'll do a lot better than 25%, especially amongst younger Jews who are a LOT less Zionist and more activist for Palestinian rights than the older generation, I'd make a high ball estimate of 45%

The majority of young Jews are Orthodox.

The "break with Israel" demographic represents a much smaller percentage of the Jewish population in NY and FL than it does in say, New England and out west.

I would guess that most of them are also below voting age.

Obama got 59% of the Orthodox vote in 2012, can't find any hard numbers though

Really? I though Orthodox Jews were a Republican group.

Depends on what survey is done, J street showed 59% went for Obama, while the RJC showed 48% went for Obama. Pew in 2013 showed that 57% identify as Republican

According to this report (conducted by a liberal organization), Orthodox Jews went 86% for Romney.

Which matches up with results in Orthodox enclaves.

Hmm, that is what I expect, don't understand why even Republican groups showed OJ went for Obama though.

They likely had a tiny sample of Orthodox Jews.

Orthodox Jews are overwhelmingly registered as Democrats. Clinton will win them with a ridiculous margin.

Bernie will do well with Reform Jews, Clinton will do better with Orthodox Jews, although I'm living evidence that younger Jews are actually more secular and much more likely to be Reform than Orthodox. I'm gonna say he'll get 35-40%.

One community I'd be particularly interested in is Kiryas Joel, both the youngest and most impoverished community in the country, as well as overwhelmingly Hasidic Jewish with 89% of citizens speaking Yiddish at home and an additional 2% speaking Hebrew.

It was going to be in the 30s before the debate but now it will be in the 20s. Also remember the Hasidim endorsed Hillary (shocking because she is a woman) and they are a big bloc vote in Brooklyn, Rockland and Orange Counties. They will vote almost unanimously for her. In that community, you are pretty much told who to vote for and follow suit

Reform Jews strike me as a much more Hillary than Bernie demographic.  Bernie would do better among the completely unaffiliated, secular humanists, Reconstructionist etc.

So they're basically modern-day "Dixiecrats."

I guess that explains Dov Hikind - whose politics are basically those of Meir Kahane and the JDL.

I think the Reform and unaffiliated will be split (in my family that's the case)
Conservative, Orthodox and Hasidim will break heavily for Hillary
