I have corrected a mistake in my Southern results. Steelers's vote was invalid. As such, having looked over the votes, Southern Gothic holds the final seat for the regional committee, not Adam Griffin. Thank you for tmth for pointing this out.

Regional elections are actually ran by the regions, not the federal government. Since Truman is the committee chair and seems to be temporarily in charge of the elections, he would be the best person to go to for that list.
