I love how seriously they take themselves. They give themselves ranks as if they're an actual army.


Meanwhile, at r/HillaryClinton, they mockingly embrace the insults thrown at them, like "Goldman Sachs Board Member", "I Shillz", and "Corporate Democratic Whore".


And that's a pretty good representation of both their bases: one group is friendly and can take jokes, the other is a deranged cult.

That analogy can be taken the other way, though. There is no option to downvote on r/HillaryClinton. They quite literally don't allow any opposing opinions. Sure, r/SandersForPresident will sometimes insult people against Sanders, but at least they allow people to be against Sanders.

Pretty much. They already do that in /r/politics. It's gotten so much worse since Bernie got more feisty.

I always found it ironic that a bunch of liberals who say they are fighting for all kinds of rights actually gang up to effectively censor (by downvoting and thus hiding the target comment) anyone who posts anything that can be perceived as even remotely negative about Bernie, regardless if it's true/factual or not.
