As someone who's studied political ideologies and have heard about a lot of weird ones... wtf. This is a first.

Care to explain what it is?

Anarchism, but there's a King/Queen who you could voluntarily follow, with no consequence for following or not following? Which is then just anarchism. Like, really, what is it? If the UK went anarchist, but still revered their Royal Family? How does that count as a governmental system?

Reasonable. Traditional kings tend to interfere less with the lives of their subjects than Republican dictators. Cromwell was worse for the Irish than the monarchy. The Republic was worse for French minorities than the Bourbon kings. The Ottoman Sultans infinitely nicer to minorities than the Young Turks (oh god!)

Like all anarchism, utopian and unworkable.

Specifically, made up by teenagers on 4chan, who actually don't consider "fascist" an insult but nevertheless don't want to be called fascist because they are special snowflakes and thus made up this dumb term.

People who think like this or claim to think like this are either well-adjusted eccentrics (the first place my mind goes when I hear this term is J.R.R. Tolkien) or edgy assholes. Lean HI.

Congratulations, you found an ideology that's contradictory in the very etymology of its name.

You are correct, a state is required for private ownership and property rights to be to be enforced. Of course, a state is also required for collective ownership to be enforced, making anarcho-communism equally impossible.

The absense of collective ownership is pretty much a prerequisite to having anarcho-communism so I'm really not sure where you're coming from.

Collective ownership is still ownership, and thus very much not compatible with communism.

An extremely libertarian constitutional monarchy?  Basically anarchism where everyone in the nation had this one dude who was by blood everybody's mascot.

Constitutional monarchy is mostly democratic nowadays, guys.
