I mean, he is The Corrupt Frank Guinta after all. Bill Jefferson lost in a D+22 district due to corruption, so sadly this doesn't prove your theory about NH women. Of course, there is an exception if you live in that godforsaken place known as Staten Island...

I know this is off-topic, but can anyone explain to me how Bill Jefferson managed to lose in freaking 2008 in a district that is roughly 62% Black?
