My precinct was 84% Clinton and 64% Trump (rubio came in 4th with only 4%)

Not sure by state since not all counties post their results by precinct, but by county (Cape Girardeau County), I unfortunately live in the strongest Bernie precinct in Cape Girardeau (city AND county)

My Cape Girardeau City precinct was:
146 Bernie (66.06%)
72 Hillary (32.58%)

And in case anybody was wondering, the results for the entire city of Cape Girardeau were:
