I see no problem with this.  Rhode Island is 37 miles wide and 48 miles long.  144 polling locations within that small of a state seems perfectly reasonable.

I see no problem with this.  Rhode Island is 37 miles wide and 48 miles long.
The southern half of New England is highly dense. Rhode Island is #2 among the US in pop. density.

This is what RI usually does for primaries. The reason it's a news story is because the presidential primaries rarely gets to us.
