That's her base, it's the men who will put her over the top.

Who was the last Democrat to actually win white males in a presidential election? LBJ?

I think what I may have been alluding to is polling showing that Trump has alienated, at least at this time, even more women from the Republican Party, something like 71% of women saying they would not support Trump.

If this is still the case in November, there is no way Trump can win, since Hillary would in that case win an even higher percentage of the women's vote than the Democrat would normally win.

Hillary will run up the score with women and minorities (even relative to 2012) and significantly improve on Obama's 42-56 margin with white college graduates assuming Trump is the nominee.

Significantly higher Hispanic/other minority turnout is basically guaranteed now thanks to Trump, and against Cruz or Trump, Clinton will surely win single women by numbers equivalent to or larger than Obama's blowout margins in 2008. It should be noted here that increased black turnout / other minority voters was/were responsible for a large part of Obama's 2012 winning margin, so imagine what it'll be like with that plus much larger Hispanic turnout?

If it comes down to Trump or Cruz, then they are going to get destroyed in November.

I think Hillary wins easily against Trump or Cruz, who have too much of a narrow white male base.

Never say anything definitive this early. She's unpopular, but hasn't taken a serious hammering yet unlike the likewise unpopular Donald or Ted

Yeah, Clinton hasn't taken a hammering yet like Trump or Cruz have. No one has attacked her yet.

LOL.

Only Trump can match her in media attacks. It's not a coincidence they're two of the three most unpopular. Though it's quite a feat how Cruz managed to be slightly more unpopular than Hillary despite receiving far less attacks. Anything is possible when you're as big of an unlikable prick as Rafael I guess.

Where is this meme coming from that Cruz has faced the same level of scrutiny of Trump or even Clinton? No one in the mainstream of America knows yet his wacko views on a variety issues that put him to the far right of Trump. No one is hammering him for supporting Trump's plan to build a wall or banning Muslims from the United States. Cruz's policy positions are just as crazy as Trump, but he's not as brash and overtly racist/sexist/bigoted/xenophobic as Trump.

Isn't the same thing as asking "Will Hillary win white men?"
