These are a few which came to mind, although The Knack are arguably two-hit wonders and Derek and the Dominos is sort of a special case.

Fastball - The Way
Derek and the Dominos - Layla
The Knack - My Sharona
Warren Zevon - Werewolves of London

Yeah I don't think we can honestly say Derek and the Dominos is a one-hit wonder considering the person behind the entire band continued to make hits for decades thereafter.

Not to mention there are other songs periodically played on classic rock from the album.

And No way in hell re: Zevon.
