Pretty weird press conference by the Sheriff and Dewine (State AG).  Spend the whole press conference with a whole lotta "no comments" and "we can't discuss that" (even when a question about marijuana was asked).  They tell people that they should carry a weapon if they are worried. 

And then....at the end of the press conference the AG says "Let me go ahead and I think it's OK for me to confirm that we did find marijuana at three locations."

"Like bags of marijuana?" a reporter said. "Grow operation?" another asked.
"Grow operation," DeWine said and walked away.

Evidence of possible cockfighting on slain Ohio family's property

A day after investigators revealed there were marijuana growing operations at the crime scenes of a family murder in southern Ohio, an official said there's evidence of cockfighting on the property as well.

A spokesman with the Ohio Attorney General's Office said authorities found chickens, cages and equipment consistent with cockfighting, as well as evidence of a breeding operation.

so this was a killing related to unpaid drug debts and/or cockfighting, but almost certsinly the former. huge surprise.

some of the women killed had 3 month old and 4 day old babies lying next to them when they were executed.
