For this poll you may only choose one of these policy changes, for the change you choose it will not be repealed or reversed  in your lifetime, but for all the other policy options they will remain at the status quo position at the very least or move more left wing for your entire lifetime. What is your chose

Repeal of the Dream act and stricter immigration laws.

I'd want to see Roe v. Wade overturned, but I don't actually want abortion banned.

Reapeal of Roe v. Wade (Strict Anti-Abortion Laws.)
Reapeal of Dream Act and stricter immigration laws, with no amnesty for illegal immigrants.

Others I don't support at all, but I don't think I count in this poll.

I actually support SSM and the Dream Act/immigration, so I'm not choosing to repeal those.

Probably overturning Roe v. Wade and banning abortion, though I'd also like to replace Obamacare, repeal Dodd-Frank, and privatize Social Security.

Obamacare repeal would be most desirable, with Dodd-Frank repeal a close second.

To the extent that I count as a conservative, Roe vs. Wade. I care about that more than I care about Dodd-Frank or marriage. And the rest I don't support.

Option 1, the rest I don't support (although I do believe that some parts of Obamacare should be repealed and replaced, I wouldn't get rid of the entire law).

To the Jesusy Cruz types that are saying they'd prioritize obtuse market liberalization over Roe v. Wade... Well, I hate to use such pedestrian phrases, but "lol". In any case, I put overturn Roe v. Wade, but it wouldn't necessarily work unless we do what we need to to restructure society as necessary. Conservative laws in a liberal society would probably segue into its own set of issues, regardless of a priori reasoning in favor of them.

Repeal of the Dream act and stricter immigration laws.

I'd want to see Roe v. Wade overturned, but I don't actually want abortion banned.

This, though I'd like to see most abortion banned.

For me, immigration is extremely important - I'd like H1B visas curtailed, the border shut down, and most illegals deported.  And also, I'd love to see a lifetime ban on voting rights for felons.  A repeal of Baker v. Carr to improve rural representation in state legislatures would be great as well.

1. Repeal DREAM Act
2. Repeal Roe V. Wade.
3. Reintroduction of DOMA
4. Repeal/Replace Obamacare
5. Partially Privatize SS
6. Repeal Dodd-Frank

---

I probably outright oppose #6. Dodd-Frank sucks, but repealing it without replacing it would be worse.

Obamacare repeal is the one I find most desirable of these, although Social Security reform and an overhaul of Dodd-Frank are both very necessary. I'm very socially left-wing, so I would not want to see any reintroduction of DOMA or a repeal of Roe; I think the DREAM Act is good public policy on the whole but it's not an issue I care about too much. Voted for Obamacare repeal.

I think Classic Conservative is the only "Jesusy Cruz" type of person to not prioritize Roe v. Wade. The rest of us who didn't aren't exactly very "Jesusy". Tongue
