Please only choose one option, for the option you choose this policy change will last for the rest of your lifetime without repeal or change. For all the other policy choices they will remain at the status quo state at least or move to a more conservative position.

Option 1. Democracy is always a precondition to other progressive goals.

In Order,

1. Reapeal of RTW in every state that it is in.
2. Introduction of single payer universal health care
3. 100% free post secondary education
4. Overture of citizens United and introduction of new campaign finance restrictions, (Unions should be able to contribute otherwise I will oppose campaign finance reform)
5.Full repeal of the patriot act (The Patriot Act is good as it is now, should not be changed or repealed.

Of these, option 1, as I would argue it's the most linked to all the others and would make them more likely/easier to bring about.

But if I could unilaterally introduce a blanket amendment to the Constitution, I'd switch us to a Parliamentary system, more specifically something along the lines of the Bundestag.

Reforming our country's campaign finance system should be a shared goal for Americans of all political leanings.

Even conservatives who are generally hostile to it have started to realize Big Business and their lobbyists aren't on their side either, as the recent corporate pressure on LGBT laws shows.

Gut that "right-to-work" nonsense, with single-payer healthcare not too far behind.

Single payer would make the biggest single improvement in quality of life, so that.

Reforming democracy is nice, but I'm skeptical that reforming campaign contributions will immediately lead to more liberal policies. Mandatory voting would be the only reform capable of actually creating a realignment, and I'm not quite sure of that.

Right to work is bad, but unions are so weak even in "pro-union" states that they aren't going to be able to drive other changes themselves.

Free tuition sounds nice, but I'm not sure if it's worth the cost.

The patriot act is also bad but I don't see it affecting the average American.

Citizens United and our campaign finance system is clearly toxic, but I don't see fixing it as the magic panacea that many on the left do. The country isn't going to stop electing Louie Gohmerts, Michele Bachmanns, and Ted Cruzes just because billionaires can no longer bankroll shady super PACs in support of them. This primary cycle in particular has shown us that money isn't everything (thanks Jeb, Trump, and Bernie!)

I'd choose single payer. And since I know someone is going to make a smart remark about supporting Hillary, it's because this poll is in a magical hypothetical world. It's obviously never going to happen in reality, so there's no point in tilting at windmills. Hopefully sometime in the future it becomes politically feasible with a friendly Congress.
