So, I just got a job at an Asian buffet/sit down restaurant hybrid as a host and need some advice?

How long did it take for you to finally understand rotation and the seating chart?

Do servers ever give you **** for the simple things?

Any other advice you can give me to help prep me for this experience?

I'm not sure, but I need the same advice. It's quite likely I'll be in the same situation soon.
