CD's 1 and 14 don't have Trump or Cruz delegates?
CD 2 has a Cruz delegate but no Trump delegates?
CD 7 has Trump delegates but no Cruz delegates?
Or do some delegates have no preference in those districts?
PA-1, PA-2, and PA-14 had about half their candidates whacked by objections. PA-1 and PA-14 have only 3 candidates. All 3 to be elected. PA-2 has only 4 candidates. These are very Democratic districts in  Philadephia and Pittsburgh.

PA-7 has only 5 candidates. Delegates have to petition individually, and only residents of the district can sign. There are a lack of Republicans in PA-1, PA-2, and PA-14.

It may be difficult to figure out who lives in PA-7, which looks like a a dog with floppy ears and baggy pants falling down, with a dog that its jaws open wide to bite a beach ball, as a boy is tying something to the dog's tail.
