Is there something wrong with living a very conservative lifestyle even if we're not Morman in your book?

Stop conflating my decision not to drink much alcohol with your regressive ideology.

I think some people in this thread are conflating different meanings of the word 'conservative'.

I suppose you could say that, but even so, the reason I don't drink much alcohol is because I don't like it (or its cultural associations), not because I'm "conservative" in any political or non-political sense of the word.

Okay, that's you, but to say that there's no correlation between abstaining from alcohol and being in some sense 'conservative' is just futzing around with language.

I just never really saw what the point of getting drunk was. The idea really doesn't appeal to me.
