I use it all the time. But then this particular white grew up in Los Angeles, where hot sauce was cool, long before it was in most places.

I put Tabasco on sandwiches and pizza (and po boys of course).  Regular "Hot Sauce" on fried chicken.  Taco Bell Hot Sauce on my soft tacos.  They had the "Diablo" sauce for a bit, but that sh**t was too hot for everybody.  I grabbed a bunch, but my stock is almost out.

Tabasco is Freedom Sauce. Buffalo and all that other vinegar piss that is peddled as "hot sauce" is horrible.
