Hard pressed to think of any at the moment. Perhaps NY? Maybe some other New England states?

Virginia, Florida, Ohio, Colorado, PA, NH, Michigan and NM.

Not saying he will or wont flip any of these states but he will do better than Romney. Other states he technically will do better in as well but wasn't any reason to list them as they are as safe as safe goes for the Dems i.e. NY, NJ ect.

My guess right now is none in absolute terms. In terms of PVI, probably some states in the Midwest.

He should do better in New Jersey, given that it is one of the few states (perhaps the only state) that did appreciably shift toward President Obama due to Hurricane Sandy. West Virginia would make sense as well, given the trend it has been on.

That's probably it.

All of Northeast, plus MI, OH, NV and FL.

Trump should be worse than Romney everywhere else.

Doing better in Arizona, with its huge-ass Hispanic population? No way.

I could be wrong but I almost feel like Republicans hit their ceiling in West Virginia in 2012. He might gain a few votes there but lose a few others from Clinton loyalists so it'll probably stay the same.

I think he narrows the gap in Michigan, Wisconsin and possibly flips Ohio and New Hampshire.

It's not hard to see why 2008 and 2012 saw such dramatic shifts against the Democrats in Appalachia/Ozarks. That reason won't be on the ballot in 2016.
