Amusement at how we've reached rock bottom, combined with relief that the radical left will be kept in check.

Simmering resentments among America's underclass will erupt.

The radical left that the rest of the world would see as centrists in their own country? The far right sure hasn't always been kept in check since 2009.

This country has shifted too rightward. It's time to move back over.

If this result happened, the underclass very clearly decided that their interests were served with the populist right.

The US is one of the few countries to avoid participating in the Century of Blood on its own soil. I put a large chunk of that on the fact that our politics avoid extremes.

Disappointment in America. China and Russia aren't our enemy....we are.

1. Make travel plans to attend the inauguration
2. Short the stock of the leading donut supplier in Trenton

The far right has gotten away with a lot more than the far left has. Clinton and Obama even did conservative things while in office. It's crazy the tolerance we have for the right yet almost none for the left. We ask ourselves how we can pay for a bill or a program the left sponsors, but somehow money magically grows on trees when Republicans want war and we never ask how to pay for it.

I would wake up and say to myself, "thank God and thank America that I just had a bad dream about JRP1994's map" ....

W didn't win by that much, and as much as I hated W, he's no Trump...

Honestly, any scenario that involves Trump winning the election is probably going to result in me not getting out of bed for anything other than using the bathroom for at least a day. I know myself, and I would not take it well. Despair wouldn't even begin to describe what I would feel about the future of this country.

Continue living life as normal as the president can't really affect that much domestically on their own anyway. Same as if Clinton or Cruz were elected.
