Hillary Clinton: 15%
Donald Trump: 15%
Gary Johnson: 10%
Write Ins/Others: 20%

Some notes:
Democrats/left leaners more or less flock in mass to Sanders, Republicans splinter completely.
Romney gets more votes than Sanders in Utah as a write in.  Unfortunately he isn't a valid write in candidate so it doesn't count.  
Clinton performs surprisingly strongly in heavily black areas, particularly in the Deep South and D.C., but she falls short.  
Trump almost wins Oklahoma and West Virginia, but being the mastermind behind 9/11 is just too much, even for him.  
Gary Johnson does well in New Mexico and in some of the western states.

Hillary Clinton/Julian Castro 89 EV's 17.5%
Gary Johnson/James Gray 48 EV's 21.1%
Donald Trump/Chris Christie 46 EV's 22.6%

Clinton keeps her unwavering black support and Johnson becomes the Trump alternative, though some of Trump's supporters are stubborn and claim it's a liberal conspiracy. Sanders is the obvious Clinton alternative, and he benefits from divided conservatives - as does Clinton (a little bit).
