Harry, I fully support your position on the War on Drugs and I'm certain it'll move you up a preference or two from me.

I would say that we did manage to decriminalize marijuana in the Sixth Senate session (another vote in favor that I'm fairly proud of).  

Yes I was the writer of this bill and the Senator who proposed it. I have to say it was one piece of legislation that I faught hard to get passed. In the text itself it states that marijuana is fully deciminalized and gives amnesty to those who were in jail on marijuana charges alone. I suggest you look it up on the Wiki.

No you didn't Senator. It was passed during the Sixth Senate and was signed by President Alcon. It had only two votes against, the votes of Senators Supersoulty and Mike Naso.

Ah! I see. Well he wouldn't be alone. If I remember correctly their is a large Quaker population in Iowa. The only Quaker that I have ever known, an old teacher of mine, was from Iowa.
