I really enjoyed this article. The good thing about Trumps candidacy is that he has come out in the open and said things the majority of the Republican electorate felt. It remains to be seen what proportion of the general electorate feels the same way but it's safe to say Trump will win a majority of the white vote. People were way to eager to make racism a thing of the past after Obama became president but this election has shown things are just as bad as they were before 2008. Hopefully after this election we won't have to hear that racism is in the past. One of the small silver linings of this election.
