Horrible Image because it only mentions the subject (e.g. they) and object (them) pronouns, not the possessive determiner (their), possessive pronoun (theirs), or reflexive (themself/themselves).

Aside from that though, I don't have very strong feelings one way or the other. I mean, I think that these made-up pronouns specific to individual people kind of defeat the purpose of pronouns, but honestly if I met someone who used those I'd probably go along with it out of politeness, and thinking it's kind of cool.
