59% want a candidate outside the establishment

RIP Lyin' Ted

Trump is the establishment Cruz is the outsider

Nope.

Trump has bankrolled leftist causes for 40 years and donated to the Clintons (Trump supported Gang of Cool. So yes Trump is establishment and Cruz is not. Thank you come again when you do your homework.

Cruz has not won that metric in any exit poll other than TX.

So, I guess the voters disagree, bud.

A. Trump has been a Republican longer than he has been a Democrat and B. He was only a Democrat during Bush's term.

I always wanted to know why Trump's rise correlates to the dying out of the Tea Party crowd.

Because the original Tea Party voters had a high proportion of bigots, and when the newly-minted Tea Party office-holders failed to turn the US into a fake Christian version of apartheid-era South Africa, the Tea Party voters started to view them as sellouts, liars, and failures. So they're turning to the new guy making the same promises the Tea Party candidates once did, because they're stupid in addition to their other flaws.

In Wisconsin that was 55% to 43%. That, and some other exit poll data make me think this will be at least 10+% more Trump and less Cruz than WI, so probably at least 46-37% Trump-Cruz.

Uh, if Cruz doesn't get out after this impending bloodbath, then I think the Cruz campaign might be considering going nuclear at the convention.  It's the only explanation that comes to mind.

They may also be holding out for a Trump implosion pre-convention. That's over two months for a dead girl, live boy, or Trump to choke to death on his foot.
